PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  Complete University project 450,000m2 GFA consisting of 10 buildings from 2 to 5 storeys comprising lecture halls, ICT labs, library, fully equiped auditorium, male & female hostels, kitchen & laundry facilities, administrative buildings, meditation areas, basement car parks, internal infrastructure, water treatment plant and landscaping.  Project value US$ 65 million.

OUR SCOPE OF WORK:  Client appointed Consultants for Cost and Contact Management of the project. Also provided procurement advisory services, project management support & coordination of project consultants.
